The ALLOY 100 high tungsten nickel-tungsten alloy plating process can produce a nickel-based alloy coating with high physical and chemical properties. The coating has good high-temperature oxidation resistance and wear resistance. The tungsten content of the coating is between 20% and 30%, and the as-deposited hardness of the coating is HV=600-800. After heat treatment, the hardness of the coating is HV=900-1100, which exhibits good wear resistance.
