HITEC EN 6786 high-phosphorus electroless nickel plating is a new type of non-electrolytic chemical plating process that produces a nickel-phosphorus alloy. This process has excellent stability and can achieve a high phosphorus content of 10-14 (wt%), with a maximum deposition rate of 10-18 micrometers/hour. The plating provided by HITEC EN 6786 is semi-bright to bright and has excellent corrosion resistance, meeting the standards of MIL.SPEC.26074D and AMS.2404B.
