105 is a chrome leveling agent suitable for high-end automotive parts such as grilles, headlights, aluminum wheels, and other plastic or metal accessories, as well as high-difficulty, high-quality requirements products, such as plastic or metal sanitary parts and electronic components for electroplating. The product has the following characteristics:
1. Particularly excellent deep plating ability (heel test displacement of 9-9.8cm); faster deposition rate of the coating.
2. Chromium can be evenly plated in corners, recesses, and narrow gaps, and even highly difficult parts can reduce or eliminate the need for auxiliary anodes.
3. The chrome plating layer is uniform, without color differences in the low areas, and has a low occurrence rate of stains and burning.
4. The daily plating solution management is easy, and there is no need to consider trivalent chromium factors in production.
5. The optimal operating conditions are low current density (5-10 A/dm2) and low temperature (plating bath temperature of 30°C), which can save energy consumption.
