Phoenix Ecoseal 6 is suitable for the passivation and sealing of aluminum. It can be used as a replacement for traditional nickel fluoride system cold sealers or as a natural color passivate with good corrosion resistance. This product has the following characteristics:

1. Nickel-free and chrome-free process,

2. Can be used in liquid coating, powder coating, gluing, and other pre-treatment, and can replace the trivalent chromium or hexavalent chromium process,

3. It can be used for sealing holes in aluminum after passivation or anodic oxidation,

4. There is no residue on the surface after use, and compared with trivalent chromium, it is less prone to dusting,

5. Used for pre-painting treatment: greatly improve the bonding of printing or painting after anodizing,

6. Used for anodizing sealing treatment: alkali resistance is better than traditional process,
