SLOTOFIN 80 is a hexavalent chromium free, inorganic, aqueous, alkaline sealer for the post-treatment of passivation of zinc and zinc alloys. Studies have shown that the neutral salt spray time can be increased to more than 400 hours after passivation of galvanized layers with SLOTOFIN 80. SLOTOFIN 80 sealer contains no VOCs. The information in this instruction manual is based on laboratory and practical experience and the listed operating ranges and subsequent replenishment quantities are only indicative. Actual values must depend on the material, geometry and size of the product to be plated and the actual conditions in the plating plant.
